The 66 7/8″ x 29.5″ Freestanding Oval Bathtub from American Acrylic is made from premium-quality acrylic to ensure optimum strength and durability. This bathtub has an oval shape, and can easily hold up to 45 gallons of water at a time. It is scratch, rust, chip, tarnish, fire, and stain resistant to ensure years of durable use. This bathtub is anti-microbial to assure that it remains free of common germs, bacteria, and microbes that tend to build up in moisture-laden places.

Low on maintenance, it can be easily cleaned with a mild non-abrasive product to keep away germs, stains, and odor. This bathtub is lead-free and non-toxic to ensure safety around pets and children.

When ordering the air massage feature the blower will require a dedicated 20 amp GFCI circuit. The blower will be located inside the cavity of the tub.

Warranty

To all original purchasers of its products, American Acrylic & Injections, Inc., 419 Welch Drive, Farmersville, TX 75442, warrants its motors free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of two years and limited lifetime warranty on the pump and whirlpool components.

Products which fail or become defective during the warranty period, except as a result of freezing, accident, negligence, improper installation, use, or care, shall be repaired or replaced at our option, without charge within 90 days of receipt of defective products, barring unforeseen delays.

American Acrylic & Injection, Inc. shall not be responsible for cartage, removal, and/or re-installation labor, or any other such costs incurred in obtaining warranty replacements.

Some states do not allow a limitation on how long an implied warranty lasts, or the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations or exclusion may not apply to you.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.

Pump: American Acrylic & Injection, Inc. is not responsible for loss of the system or inconvenience, loss or damage to personal property or their consequential damage.

American Acrylic & Injection, Inc. extends a limited lifetime warranty to all original purchasers of its pumps that they are free from defects in materials and workmanship. Note: Alteration of pump location voids warranty.

The limited lifetime warranty applies only on the plastic pump as manufactured by American Acrylic & Injection, Inc. and specifically excludes all components and/or parts which are accessories therein. The motor/air switch is warranted for a period of two (2) years by the manufacturer to the original purchaser from the date of purchase.

Products which fail or become defective during warranty period shall be repaired or replaced at our option without charge and within 60 days of receipt of the defective product.

In case of removal or replacements, the purchaser assumes the responsibility for labor expenses for service, removal, and re-installation; unless a service labor agreement exists between the purchaser and dealer.

The warranties made above are only warranties on the separate components of the system. Improper or negligent installation of your tub with the plumbing, electrical hook-up connections, or alterations or modifications to the system are not covered by any warranty, expressed or implied. This is the only expressed or implied warranty given by American Acrylic & Injection, Inc.

To obtain warranty replacements or repair, defective products should be returned, transportation paid, to the place of purchase, or to American Acrylic & Injection, Inc.

All whirlpool and Air massage bathtubs are fully water tested for leaks before leaving the factory. 

This warranty will not apply if:

1. Tub is not installed according to our instructions or not installed according to local building codes and ordinances.
2. If moved from original point of installation.
3. If proper care and customary cleaning instructions are not followed.
4. If bathtub is subjected to abuse, mishandling or accident.
5. Not warranted outside the United States.

About American Acrylic & Injections Inc.

Founded in 1977 as a mold-maker and supplier to the marble industry in a borrowed 900 square foot section of a cultured marble facility, American Acrylic and Injection, Inc. has since grown rapidly. American Acrylic & Injections Inc. are now one of the largest suppliers of acrylic bathtubs in the United States. Now operating in a combined 100,000 square foot building in Farmersville, Texas.

In the 1980’s a relatively new type of bathtub was making its way into U.S. households. A quality acrylic surface backed by fiberglass was proving to be an excellent, cost-effective solution to gel-coated fiberglass and marble tubs. Our ability to produce our own molds combined with our experience in fiberglass and vacuum-forming production, resulted in a natural fit for our new product line: the acrylic/fiberglass tub.

In 1991 American Acrylic & Injections Inc. began injection-molding all plastic components for our whirlpool bathtubs. We are the only US-based bathtub manufacturer currently producing both our tubs and whirlpool systems in-house. In 2000 American Acrylic & Injections Inc. began production of quality acrylic/fiberglass shower pans. In 2004 American Acrylic & Injections Inc. made air massage systems available for all of the bathtubs we sold.

Today American Acrylic & Injections Inc. carry a full line of acrylic bathtubs, acrylic shower pans, whirlpool systems, shower drains, LED lighting, and air massage systems. Our acrylic bathtubs feature eco-friendly components and are built to the highest quality standard. The air switch comes in white, bone and biscuit so make sure you pick which color air switch you want when ordering. This air switch will be mounted to the deck of your bathtub which a hole will need to be drilled with a 1.5″ hole saw. The light housing utilizes the same size hole saw. All surfaces will need to be siliconed well in order to prevent any water leakage. Let dry for 24 hours before placing water in your bathtub. At this point check for any leaks.
