• Prior to replacement or repair ANZZI™ must be determined that the product has been properly installed, used, serviced and/or maintained.
• ANZZI™ will not be responsible for product failures due to lack of proper maintenance or use.
• This warranty excludes incidental/inconsequential surface damage or scratches after installation and does not cover instances of negligence, misuse, abuse, improper installation, carelessness, accident, hard water or mineral deposits, exposure to corrosive materials, misapplication, damages caused by improper maintenance, alteration of the product, failure to follow care or installation instructions, or failure to use a licensed professional will not be covered.
• ANZZI™ always recommends using a licensed and professional installer.
• This warranty is intended for residential use only and excludes all industrial, commercial & business usage.
• Original sales receipt, purchase order number, and/or proof of purchase must be provided at the time of the warranty claim.
• Additionally, this warranty does not cover discontinued or display products, whether such items are purchased at discount outlets, unauthorized dealers and /or sold on clearance.
