How does the self-cleaning nozzle work?

The light on the side of the seat will glow BLUE when the product is powered on and ready for use. It will glow RED when the UV sterilizer is active. This occurs automatically after each use.
How does the automatic open/close work?

      Bidet Cleaning

What is the vortex water stream and how does it benefit me?

The vortex water stream is an extra-concentrated stream of water that is designed to assist with loosening hardened stool in order to ease bowel movements.
      Will it really clean me?

Yes, the vortex water stream is one of the strongest water streams found on a bidet and the high-pressure wash is extremely efficient at cleaning better in a shorter amount of time.
Can it cure hemorrhoids or constipation?

No. Bidets are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. However, it can considerably ease hemorrhoid pain and improve bowel movement for constipation if used properly.
How long should I use a bidet?

It will vary depending on the user's preference but the average user will use a bidet for about 15 to 25 seconds per use.
Am I using water from the toilet water tank?

No. You are using fresh water tapped from your main water supply directly to the bidet water tank.
Do I need to use soap?

No, electronic Bio Bidets have superior water pressure that is highly efficient at cleaning better and quicker.
      Will this help with UTI?

Yes, using a bidet regularly can help prevent urinary tract infections by flushing out the bacteria that would normally remain. The fresh, clean feeling after using a bidet also has the added benefit of encouraging better health.
Will my Bio Bidet work with a seat riser?

No, electronic bidets will not function with anything on top of the seat other than a person. Due to the digital safety sensor, direct contact must be made between the seat and the user. Also, with 3-4 inches added on top of the bidet, the user will not be able to feel the maximum potential of the water stream. If you need a higher toilet, we suggest using the type that raises the toilet from the base instead of adding anything to the top. Raising the toilet from the base will not affect the bidet’s functionality in any way.

      How to use a Bidet

What Is a Bidet Used For

A bidet the most effective option for clean up after using the restroom. It cleanses you after you use the toilet by spraying clean, concentrated water to wash away any remnants left on your backside. It’s it can be used and appreciated by anyone, as it provides a positive, efficient, and eco-friendly cleaning experience. Learn more by reading Top 5 Reasons to Own a Bidet.
How to Properly Use a Bidet

Here is how to use a bidet toilet if you’re using one for the first time. First, you should know that there are many different types of bidets. Understanding how to use bidets requires a bit of flexibility as each bidet may look different. Our bidet toilets combine the functions of a bidet and a toilet in one. Our bidet toilet seats and bidet attachments incorporate add-on bidet features to a traditional toilet. All our bidet toilets, seats, and attachments use a stream of water to clean your genitals and backside after using the restroom. Many have controls that will allow you to adjust the water temperature, pressure, and stream time. Look for these controls before you turn the bidet on. Begin with hot water and let it warm up before turning the cold on to reach a lukewarm temperature.
How to Use Electric Bidet Seats

Be sure to activate seat sensor with skin contact. Activate a wash function when ready to use bidet. Optional: Modify the wash function with oscillation or pulsation as needed. Remember, optimal use is about 20 to 30 sec. per usage. Activate air dryer for about 30 sec.
How to Use a Non-Electric Bidet

Go to the bathroom. Our bidet attachments are non-electric and come with an Adjustable Water Temperature feature. This allows you to access your home hot water supply to use for the wash (hot-water hookup required). If your bidet has this feature, adjust the water temperature until it’s comfortable, you can adjust the pressure of the stream until you have a spray that is between six and eight inches high. Make sure the spray of the bidet water does not spill over the rim of the basin. Once you’ve adjusted the temperature and height of the water, you can sit on the toilet seat and allow the water stream to clean your backside or genitals as needed. You may need to adjust the water pressure as you’re sitting on the toilet seat to get the ideal level of cleanliness. When you’re finished using the bidet, if there’s no “Dry” feature, you can dry yourself with a tissue or a small amount of toilet paper. In public restrooms with bidets (common in many foreign countries like Japan), you may find a towel located near the bidet. This is not intended for drying your genitals but should be used to dry hands only. Only flush toilet paper down a bidet toilet.
      Best Bidet For Me

The best bidet for you depends on your needs and desired features, as well as the layout and capabilities (water hookups, electrical outlets, etc.) of your bathroom. Our bidets toilets, bidet seats, and bidet attachments come with a variety of settings and features.

      Why You Should Use it

Have you ever come across the word ‘bidet’ and rolled your eyes because you think they are frivolous and for wealthy people who are too privileged to wipe their own butts? If you do, then you aren’t alone. But, it’s time to look at bidets under a different light. They are wonderful devices that can change lives, promote healthier lifestyles, and save you ‘loads’ of money. We here at Bio Bidet are going to prove to you with only 10 reasons why bidets are very practical and provide excellent benefits for anyone at any age.

Here are our top 10 reason lists:

      1. More Hygienic Than Paper

If you got something full of germs and bacteria on your hands or arms you wouldn’t just wipe it with a paper towel until it came back clean would you? You wouldn’t feel like you got your hands clean unless you scrubbed with soap and water! You would use at least water to clean it off so why only use dry toilet paper on your bottom? It is a sensitive area that you should treat as best as you could to maintain the best hygiene and prevent future problems and toilet paper alone is not the best you can do.
      2. A bidet pays for itself in the money you save NOT buying toilet paper

Toilet paper is about $10 for a 12 pack on average. After 5 packs of that you could have purchased a basic bidet attachment. Also have a big family? You would use a fraction of the toilet paper you would normally with cleaner results when you have a bidet. With the money you save on toilet paper you can spend it on something better.
      3. More environmentally friendly than toilet paper

On average Americans use about 36.5 billion rolls of toilet paper a year. That’s 473,587,500,000 gallons of water wasted per year, that’s 473 billion gallons! 36.8 billion rolls of toilet paper is roughly 15 million trees. Imagine if half of the American population started using bidets, that number would drop significantly. Water wouldn’t be wasted, forests would thrive once again. The amount of toilet paper used by people who have bidets is a fraction of the amount that people without bidets use.
      4. Helps with health problems

If someone suffers from constipation or hemorrhoids a bidet seat will help a ton! Some bidets have enough pressure or specially designed nozzle tips to send water inside you for a more thorough cleaning to help flush your system inside out. People who suffer from hemorrhoids no longer have to suffer with the rough abrasive feel of toilet paper. Some higher end bidet seats offer warm water and a dryer as a solution against toilet paper. The pain of hemorrhoids will be a thing of the past.
      5. Add luxury to your bathroom

Going for a high end luxurious bathroom but don’t have a lot of space for a standalone bidet? The luxury models of advanced bidet seats will not only fit your bathroom theme but they will also add value. There is nothing wrong with wanting a luxurious bathroom, after all you work hard for what you have so why not reward yourself? The bidet is the ultimate bathroom upgrade, everyone has a sink, toilet, and a shower in their bathroom, but not everyone has a bidet. People will be wowed and impressed when they walk into your bathroom and they see a state-of-the-art bidet.
      6. Good stepping stone for kids

Good personal hygiene is something we all want for our kids. Washing your bottom after every “use” is a good reminder for children to follow when they perform proper bathroom hygiene. It will continuously be used to help them to develop great personal hygiene habits. Personal hygiene is important for children and it will help prevent them from getting sick by eliminating fecal matter and bacteria.
      7. Prevents toilet clogging

As you know by now, using a bidet will help you use less toilet paper. Using less toilet paper is not only cost effective but will also help prevent clogged toilets. Also if your house is not connected to a city sewer system, you will have a limit on your septic tank. Using less toilet paper will allow for your septic tank to be emptied less! Toilet paper clogs can be costly to fix for you and can cost a city thousands of dollars to fix. No matter how strongly companies claim that toilet paper is flushable, large masses of it going through the same pipes will eventually cause problems. With a bidet, you really only need a few squares of toilet paper to pat dry so this significantly reduces the amount of waste you’re flushing each time you use the bathroom.
      8. Bidet attachments and bidet seats are better than conventional bidet fixtures

A traditional standalone bidet requires additional space and plumbing. An attachable bidet requires no additional space and no additional plumbing because they are designed to fit onto your existing toilet and fit into existing water supply valves. For a standalone bidet, you have to straddle the bidet and sit awkwardly on it to get it to line up right. With a bidet seat you just sit on the toilet like usual, and can adjust the water temperature as needed, make it pulsate or oscillate, move the nozzle to your desired position, and many other functions! Standalone bidets have a classical look but are not practical anymore especially in the United States where most bathrooms cannot accommodate a toilet and additional room for a bidet fixture.
      9. Bidet seats are warm and don't slam on toilet

Sitting on the toilet on a cold winter day is a teeth-clenching and unpleasant experience. What is also unpleasant is a seat and lid that slams down. When the toilet is flushed, thousands of germs spray out if the lid isn’t shut so it is important to close the lid before flushing. A lid that slams down can not only damage the lid but can also startle your family. Bidet seats are a solution to both of those problems. Slow closing seats and lids as well as heated seats are standard features on bidet seats. These may seem like insignificant features but believe us when we say that once you get used to these two features, you won’t ever want another plain toilet seat.
      10. Over all, bidets are just cool!

Being able to clean and dry with just the push of a button makes anyone feel like royalty on their porcelain throne. Bidets are still a fairly new concept in the United States but they are rapidly gaining more popularity as people begin to understand how beneficial they are and how much they contribute to a healthier and happier lifestyle. Bidets will make your life easier, keep you clean and refreshed after each use, save you money, and fascinate your peers.

Top Reasons Why a Bio Bidet

There are many different brands out there to choose from if you’re in the market for a new bidet. If this is your first time selecting a bidet, it can be overwhelming to not only decide which features you want but also which brand you want. The company that stands behind the product is an important factor that should be kept in mind. Bio Bidet would like to present FIVE reasons why our brand stands out as a trusted expert in the industry.

Here are our top reason lists:

      1. We believe in what we represent

We are passionate about bidets. Bio Bidet emerged in this business by recognizing the enormous potential of bidets and the benefits they would bring into each household. We believe that there are very few other products in existence that have this kind of potential. Our passion for bidets leads us to push existing boundaries to develop innovative products that exemplify immaculate bathroom hygiene.
      2. Extensive range of models to suit your needs

Although each model is different, they all have one thing in common: Superior cleansing abilities.
      3. Exclusive and Patented Technologies

The 3-in-1 nozzle is what put Bio Bidet on the map as a pioneer in bidet technology. The 3-in-1 nozzle is an exclusive and patented feature that also supports the exclusive and patented Enema wash feature. By optimizing water flow through one passage, the water flow from a 3-in-1 nozzle is one of the most satisfying and invigorating sprays you’ll ever experience. Our newest breakthrough is the hybrid instant heating system which takes elements of two existing heating systems to create the perfect water heating technology. These kinds of breakthrough innovations are why our products are a step ahead and excel in comparison with standard cleansing technologies.

      Buying Guide Steps

Sixty Second Guide to Buying a Bidet

Do you want to buy a bidet but you’re not sure which one is perfect for you? In the next 60 seconds, we’ll show you how to pick a model that suits your needs and budget.

      0:60 Electric or Non-Electric?

Electric models require a GFCI outlet near to your toilet for the power supply. Installation is relatively identical among all offered models and relatively simple and straight forward. All functions are regulated by a built-in PCB with multi-safety features. Electric models offer more features and are considered “luxurious”. Non-electric models are water pressure driven bidets with basic washing functions only. No convenient features such as massage, wide clean, aerated stream, warm seat, warm air, and deodorizer. Scroll down to “Non-Electric” if this is the model you are interested in.. If you prefer ELECTRIC MODELS with advanced technologies:
      0:50 By pricing.

Bio Bidet Advanced Bidet Toilet Seats range from $399 to $699. $699.00-649: Bliss BB-2000, 1700 Hybrid heating, stainless nozzle, Hydro-flush cleaning, U-Pick wireless remote, massage, wide clean, improved feminine wash, deodorizer, heated seat, warm air dry, auto wash, etc. $499.00 : BB-1000 and USPA 6800 Wireless remote, massage, deodorizer, heated sat, warm air dry, dual nozzle (USPA), 3-in-1 nozzle (BB-1000), patented enema wash (BB-1000), IIP- Intensive impulse pulsation (USPA), etc. $449.00 : BB-800 Convenient side panel, massage, heated sat, warm air dry, 3-in-1 nozzle with Turbo wash $399.00 : BB-600 and BB-400 Convenient side panel (BB-600), Wireless remote (BB-400), massage, heated seat, warm air dry, etc.
      0:40 Remote or side panel?

Wireless remotes come in handy if you want the convenience of using a handheld controller to operate your bidet without having to reach to your side or look down. Wireless remote controls can be used as handheld or wall mounted on either side you prefer. Remote type models are also equipped with simple side panel on the unit. In contrast to wireless remote type models, side panel models come with a fixed side control panel directly attached to the seat on the right-hand side of the user. This type of bidet is more popular in households with children since they cannot misplace or damage the remote control. Wireless Remote : BB-2000, BB-1000, USPA6800, BB-400 Side Panel : BB-1700, BB-800, BB-600
0:30 On-demand or water tank heating?

On demand heating is instant water heating technology that allows unlimited warm water supply. Water tank type heating constantly heats water to maintain warm water at a set temperature but does not heat the water while it is in use. Warm water is limited to 40 to 60 seconds per usage which is plenty for normal use. On-Demand Heating : BB-2000, BB-1700 Water Tank Heating : BB-1000, USPA 6800, BB-800, BB-600, BB-400
      0:20 Elongated or Round seat?

Elongated seats are oval shaped seats which are about 2” longer than a round bowl and often found to be more comfortable due to the added sitting room. The elongated bowl size is typically 18 ½” long from the center of the mounting bolts to the very front of the toilet. Elongated toilet bowls are more popular in larger, more spacious bathrooms where the size won’t get in the way of doors, drawers, or cabinets but in small bathrooms, a round bowl can save space. Round bowls typically measures 16 ½” long. The shorter size of round bowls makes them a good fit for children.

0:50 Seat or just an attachment?

The seat and lid are hydraulic for soft closing and made of fire-retardant ABS resin. Bidet attachments are bidet units which mount between your existing toilet and toilet seat. 0:40 Ambient or warm water?

Ambient water bidets only require a cold water connection directly from the fresh water line already connected to your toilet. The first 10 to 15 seconds of the water spray will be from the water pipes inside of your hose so it will likely be room temperature and then gradually cool to the outside temperature. The water spray is in a fine mist form and it won’t feel as cold as the actual water temperature outside even in cold climate areas. Warm water bidets require both hot and cold water connections. The hot water connection often comes from the hot water shut off valve which is usually located under the sink. The water source must be on the same side of the bathroom as the toilet and within 6 feet. Warm water bidets come with the cold water bypass feature to drain out remaining water inside of hot water pipe to avoid getting sprayed by idle cold water. 0:20 Single or Dual nozzle?

Single nozzle models are designed for posterior wash (also known as the family wash) and easy to operate with a single pressure control knob. The pressure control knob comes with P.S.P.C for easier operation. Dual nozzles are for posterior and feminine wash with self-cleaning feature. An extra control knob is placed on the control panel for nozzle selection and self-cleaning. User will simply turn the top knob to select between posterior or feminine wash before turning the bidet on by increasing the water pressure. Single Nozzle : BBC-70 Dual Nozzle : BBC-250, Elite3
