Do you need to seal the marble top?All our countertops are pre-sealed. However, we recommend the vanity tops be re-sealed every 1-2 years to help protect the natural stone |
Where are the products made?LAVIVA products are manufactured in Vietnam, China, and Italy. Everything goes through rigorous Quality Control inspections. Inspected and approved products receive a green sticker of certification. |
What if I want my countertop to have additional faucet hole?
![]() You can make a special request to have the additional holes drilled for your countertop. You must specify exactly how many extra holes, the total spread (in inches), and any extra notes. Please note that any modification made to the countertop voids all returns. Additionally, all special order request may extend your delivery date an extra 2-3 weeks. |
What is the color Espresso?The espresso is a very dark, mixed shade between black and brown like finish. A sample of the finish can be sent with email request. |
Exact colors of the marble tops may look different in their picture.Since LAVIVA uses only high-quality authentic marble, variants in the color between pictures and in person are a possibility. Feel free to visit one of our partnering, displaying retailers to view for a better view. Nevertheless, part of the characteristics of natural marble is random veining and unique shades of the same color. |
How much assembly is required?Minimal assembly is required and we do advise use of a licensed contractor and plumber otherwise warranty is voided. |
Are side splashes available?We do offer side splashes for several collections. Call or email us to find out if we have the side splash to match your counter. |
Why do some of the vanity models have plumbing cut-outs in the top/middle drawer?
![]() Some vanity models have plumbing cut outs in the middle and top drawers to provide adequate space for installers to install the vanity and have enough room for the required plumbing. |
How do we remove the drawers from the cabinet?There should be a few screws located on both sides, underneath the drawer. Unscrew the screws and the drawer can be removed. |
What is the size of the faucet hole?It is 1 3/8 inches in diameter. |
What is Nano glass?Nano glass is our innovative, fingerprint-resistant technology we use on our glass panels on the VITRI collection. Since the drawers are push-to-open, you need to touch the door fronts in order to open the drawers. Therefore, it was important for us to use Nano glass panels to avoid any finger prints or smudges when opening the drawers. |
What is dovetail joint mean?
![]() Dovetail refers to a type of joint in which two pieces of wood interlock. Joints that are dovetailed are extremely strong and secure. This is one of the best construction techniques for drawers. |
Do your cabinets come with the countertop?Our products are sold a-la-carte or together as a set. You have the ability to order the cabinet on its own, and also the countertop on its own. We also have premade sets which include the countertop. |
Are the sinks included with the countertop?Yes, they are! Our sinks are included with the countertop and also premounted. Unlike most manufacturers, we mount the sinks to the tops to make sure that they are waterproof and secure. This also saves you time and effort on the installation process. |
Are the backsplashes included?
Backsplashes are included on all our stone/marble countertops. Solid Surface countertops and Ceramic tops do not have a backsplash included or available.

Are your drawers and doors are soft closing?Yes, all our hardware is soft closing. You will never hear a door slam! |
Why is my backsplash not the length of my countertop?Whenever your countertop has an OGEE edge detail, the matching backsplash is designed to be placed centered between the edge detail to edge detail. |
Order Confirmation:
As soon as you place your order, you will receive a confirmation email. After that, we double-check if all items ordered are in stock and available for immediate shipment. If your order is available for the delivery within the advertised time frame, we will submit it for shipment to the warehouse. If the expected delivery time exceeds the advertised time frame, we'll reach out to you via email and/or phone to confirm the order.
Order Shipment:
Within 1 business day from the time the item has been shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking number. If you would not receive tracking information within six business days of your order, feel free to follow up with us at support@usbathstore.com.
Estimated Time of Arrival:
We typically deliver within 2-10 business days. Custom made products are usually delivered within 3-5 weeks. If the expected delivery date for your order would fall outside of the advertised 2-10 business day time frame, our customer service team will reach out to you to confirm if you are OK with that date.
Areas Covered:
All estimated delivery dates and shipping costs advertised on the website apply the the Contiguous United States only. Please contact our customer service team to discuss the time and cost of shipping to Hawaii or Alaska. We don't ship directly to Canada, but we can ship your order to the freight carrier of your choice.
Damages:
It is very important that you inspect the packaging of your items when they arrive and check if you received all boxes listed on the delivery receipt. If you notice any damage or shortage of packages, you must make note of it on the bill of lading, take pictures, and refuse delivery. Your note should say "refused due to damage". You must also take photos of all sides of the box and send them to us within 2 days. If there are no damages visible before opening the box, you must note "subject to further inspection may contain concealed damage". If you notice any damage after receiving the delivery, do not throw the box away, and contact us with the photos. After we receive information from you about the refused delivery or concealed damage, we immediately initiate a claim with the shipping company or with the manufacturer. After the claim is fully processed, we ship all replacements at absolutely no cost to you.
Cancellations & Refunds:
We can cancel your order at absolutely no cost to you before the shipping label or Bill of Lading has been created, or before production of a custom order has started. Custom made items are not eligible for refunds after production has started. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. It must also remain in the original packaging, and the packaging must be in a perfect condition. We do not charge restocking fees or return shipping fees. All eligible returns are 100% free. Orders delivered outside the United States are not eligible for refunds. If your order arrived damaged, "Damages" section applies. Our refund policy lasts 45 days. If 45 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund. Please contact us at support@usbathstore.com before returning an item to discuss shipping details. All refunds will be issued to the credit card or PayPal account you used for your purchase within 2 days after all returned items arrived at our warehouse.
