The Tiburon features a spacious cabin with ergonomic seating for 4 and plenty of legroom for relaxing. The 4.5kW Harvia stone heater provides continuous dry heat while the included cask and spoon allow you to add water to create steam to reach your desired humidity and temperature level up to 180 degrees Fahrenheit.

Warranty
SunRay Saunas carry a 7-Year Warranty against defects in materials and workmanship.
The 7-Year SunRay Warranty covers the entire structure of the sauna including the heating elements. The radio is covered by a limited 1-Year Warranty. If the warranty claims department determines that the sauna must be returned, it must be returned with a receipt showing the date of purchase, purchase price, and the dealer from which the sauna was purchased. No warranty claim will be honored without a receipt.
Warranty claims will only be resolved with the repair of the current product or the shipment of a replacement product.
Improper use or installation or damage resulting from acts of nature is not covered under the sauna warranty.
No other warranties expressed or implied shall be in effect in lieu of the 7-Year Warranty and no responsibility is assumed for present or future damage due to misuse. SunRay indoor saunas are intended for INDOOR USE. Use of SunRay Saunas outside voids the warranty.
"Do not use lacquers, paints, or abrasive cleaners on the sauna. Do not place the sauna on non-approved surfaces or in outdoor applications.
Surface cracks are not considered defects in material or workmanship, as they are considered normal characteristics of all wood."

How is the sauna packaged?
SunRay Saunas contain wooden panels that are pre-packaged in cardboard boxes and then placed on a wooden pallet to ensure the sauna arrives without damage. The cardboard boxes can be removed from the pallet and will fit through any door size 24” or greater. |
Does the sauna come pre-assembled?SunRay saunas are not pre-assembled. They arrive in panels which are secured together with screws and metal latches. Assembly takes approximately one hour. |
How long does it take to assemble the sauna?Most sauna models take about an hour to assemble. Two people are required. For more information on the assembly of the unit please see the assembly instructions. |
Are there any special tools required to assemble the sauna?
No, the only tool you need to assemble the sauna is a phillips head screwdriver or drill with a phillips head bit. |
What voltage does the unit run on?
All SunRay traditional steam saunas use UL listed plugs and operate on 220V. |
Can I place the sauna on the second floor?Most saunas weigh between 300-400lbs, so yes you can place a sauna on the second floor. |
Can I use the sauna outdoors?
All SunRay saunas except the outdoor models must be used indoors. They are not suitable for outdoor use. |
How do I clean the sauna?
First, unplug the sauna and make sure it is cool before cleaning. To clean the wooden interior of your sauna mix 3 teaspoons of baking soda into a gallon of warm water. Use a towel to wipe down the interior with the baking soda and water mixture. Then wipe the sauna down with a wet towel and let dry. The glass in your sauna can be cleaned with glass cleaner. If you have an outdoor sauna, use a standard garden hose on a low/mist setting to wash out the interior. Make sure to leave the door open so the sauna can dry. |
How often do I need to clean the sauna?
The sauna should be cleaned every 6 months or at your discretion if you are using it regularly. Using a towel to sit on while in the sauna will capture a lot of the sweat and thereby reduce the frequency of cleaning the sauna. |

Received my new Tiburon sauna in great condition. It was simple to put together and works great! It takes about 30 minutes for high heat but well worth the wait. Its got ample room for me an my wife. We love it so far as we get to cut out a gym trip just for the sauna now!
