Aptations, Inc., mirrors are warranted to be free of defects in material and workmanship for three (3) years. This warranty does not cover damages resulting from accident after purchase, misuse, abuse, lack of reasonable care, loss of parts or installation in showers. The life of the finish will be best cared for, especially in areas of high heat and moisture, by keeping all surfaces clean and dry. LED lighting is not replaceable and is included in warranty coverage for a period of 3 years. The customer should be sure the problem is a manufacturer’s defect and covered by the warranty before initiating a warranty claim. To initiate a warranty claim, contact our customer service for a Return Authorization (RA).

Any alteration to merchandise automatically voids your Aptations Warranty Policy.

Products sold at a price that has been discounted more than 30% from the normal price are not covered by the warranty. This includes all closeout items.

Care & Maintenance

LED light strips last for thousands of hours under normal use, in the unlikely event that the LED light strip should fail please Contact customer services. Do not strike/hit glass components with hard or pointed items. Do not place very hot or very cold items against or in close proximity to glass surfaces unless a suitably thick insulation material is used. The nominal thickness of the mirror glass used in this product is 5mm and is safety film backed in accordance to BS:EN6206 for your safety. If the mirror glass becomes chipped or broken, replace immediately. For details on replacement mirror contact customer services. Cleaning: The mirror edges are treated with a specially formulated sealant designed to protect the mirror edges from contaminants and discoloring. Failure to follow cleaning guide-lines can/will remove the benefits of the sealant. NEVER use products containing bleach, cleaners of a gritty or abrasive nature or so called “glass and mirror” cleaning products, that can be detrimental to the long lasting finish of the mirror. ONLY use a clean micro fiber cloth to clean the mirror and mirror frame.

Order Confirmation:

You will receive a confirmation email as soon as you place your order. After that, we double-check if all items ordered are in stock and available for immediate shipment. If your order is available for the delivery within the advertised time frame, we will submit it for shipment to the warehouse. If the expected delivery time exceeds the advertised time frame, we'll reach out to you via email and/or phone to confirm the order.

Order Shipment:

You will receive an email confirmation with tracking number within 1 business day from the time the item has been shipped. If you would not receive tracking information within 10 business days of your order, feel free to follow up with our customer service team.

Estimated Time of Arrival:

We typically deliver within 2-10 business days. Custom made products are usually delivered within 4-12 weeks. If the expected delivery date for your order would fall outside of the advertised 2-10 business day time frame, our customer service team will reach out to you to confirm if you are OK with that date.

Areas Covered:

All estimated delivery dates and shipping costs advertised on the website apply the the contiguous United States only (the Lower 48 and D.C.). Please contact our customer service team to discuss the time and cost of shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, or the U.S. territories. We don't ship internationally, but we can ship your order to a freight forwarder of your choice.

Damages:

It is critical that you inspect the packaging of all items when they arrive and check if you received all boxes listed on the delivery receipt. If you notice any damage or shortage of packages, you must make a note of it on the bill of lading, take pictures, and refuse delivery. Your note should say "refused due to damage". If there are no damages visible before opening the box, you must note "subject to further inspection may contain concealed damage". By signing a freight delivery without making any notes, you accept the product as it is and release the seller from any liability. If you notice any damage after receiving the delivery, do not throw the box away, and contact us with the photos of all sides of the packaged goods within 2 business days. We cannot process your claim if you fail to send images within 2 business days. After we receive information from you about the refused delivery or concealed damage, we immediately initiate a claim with the shipping company or with the manufacturer. After the claim is fully processed, we ship all replacements at absolutely no cost to you.

Cancellations & Returns:

We can cancel your order at absolutely no cost to you before the shipping label or Bill of Lading has been created, or before production of a custom order has started. Custom made items are not eligible for cancellations or returns after production has started. You can return all non-custom made items within 30 days of delivery, except when noted otherwise on their product page. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. It must also remain in the original packaging, and the packaging must be in perfect resellable condition. The cost of shipping the product both ways (to the customer, and back to the warehouse) and a 25% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund. Orders delivered outside the United States are not eligible for refunds. If your order arrived damaged, "Damages" section applies. Please contact us before returning your order to discuss shipping details. All refunds will be issued to the credit card you used for your purchase within 2 days after all returned items arrived at the warehouse. If a credit card refund is not possible, we will issue a direct deposit.
