The Fontana Gap Matte Black touchless Wall Mounted Bathroom Sink Faucet exude modern class. Its solid brass construction assures great strength and trustworthiness for its life span. The bold matte black finish is not just corrosion-resistant but will add an absolutely modern appearance to any bathroom decoration, transforming it with class. It will easily fit most interior styles. The faucet features an elegantly curved round spout that provides a smooth, splash-free flow of aerated water to cascade gently and help enhance washing. The wall mount saves space with no footprint whatsoever on the countertop or sink area; therefore, space-saving with style. It is complete with a rough-in valve and mounting hardware for ease and convenience during installation. Please note that it is not recommended for low-pressure systems. Minimum water pressure required is 0.05 MPa (0.5 bar) for best performance.

FontanaShowers® ensures its faucets will be leak and drip-free and that all the parts and finishes of its faucets will be free from any defects in material and manufacturing. The Warranty covers 3 Years Manufacturing Defect. The faucet body, ceramic cartridges, and metal finishes in chrome, satin nickel, polished nickel, gold, oil rubbed bronze are factory warranted to the original consumer purchaser to be free from any manufacturer defects in material and workmanship. FontanaShowers® will repair or replace, free of charge, during the applicable warranty period, any part that proves defective in material and/or workmanship under normal installation, use and service. The factory warranty does not include accessories such as: handles, hand showers, cradles, shower heads, hoses, supply lines or drains. If a defect is found in normal residential use, FontanaShowers reserves the right to determine the potential cause of any damage / defect reported. All original order information is required for any replacement order requests. In no event shall the liability of FontanaShowers® exceed the purchase price of the product.

Faucets

Faucets are warranted to be free from defects in material and workmanship. This warranty covers replacement of defective parts, and shall not apply to repair or replacement labor costs, shipping or damages. This warranty is valid for one year from the original consumer purchase, and excludes damage due to improper handling, installation, maintenance, product abuse, or product misuse, whether performed by the consumer or any other party. FontanaShowers® will repair or replace, free of charge, during the applicable warranty period, any part of product that proves to be defective in material and/or workmanship under normal installation, use and service.

The warranty does not cover

Conditions, malfunctions or damage not resulting from defects in material or workmanship.
Labor and other expenses for disconnection or return of the product for warranty service, or for installation or reinstallation of the product.
Please note for LED shower the LED light is not covered under the factory warranty. Under normal conditions LED lights should last the lifetime of your shower. However, mineral and residue build up in your water may cause the LED lights to stop working and thus proper maintenance should be conducted to clean your shower head.

Shipping & Returns

Order Confirmation:

You will receive a confirmation email as soon as you place your order. After that, we double-check if all items ordered are in stock and available for immediate shipment. If your order is available for the delivery within the advertised time frame, we will submit it for shipment to the warehouse. If the expected delivery time exceeds the advertised time frame, we'll reach out to you via email and/or phone to confirm the order.

Order Shipment:

You will receive an email confirmation with tracking number within 1 business day from the time the item has been shipped. If you would not receive tracking information within 10 business days of your order, feel free to follow up with our customer service team.

Estimated Time of Arrival:

We typically deliver within 2-10 business days. Custom made products are usually delivered within 4-12 weeks. If the expected delivery date for your order would fall outside of the advertised 2-10 business day time frame, our customer service team will reach out to you to confirm if you are OK with that date.

Areas Covered:

All estimated delivery dates and shipping costs advertised on the website apply the the contiguous United States only (the Lower 48 and D.C.). Please contact our customer service team to discuss the time and cost of shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, or the U.S. territories. We don't ship internationally, but we can ship your order to a freight forwarder of your choice.

Damages:

It is critical that you inspect the packaging of all items when they arrive and check if you received all boxes listed on the delivery receipt. If you notice any damage or shortage of packages, you must make a note of it on the bill of lading, take pictures, and refuse delivery. Your note should say "refused due to damage". If there are no damages visible before opening the box, you must note "subject to further inspection may contain concealed damage". By signing a freight delivery without making any notes, you accept the product as it is and release the seller from any liability. If you notice any damage after receiving the delivery, do not throw the box away, and contact us with the photos of all sides of the packaged goods within 2 business days. We cannot process your claim if you fail to send images within 2 business days. After we receive information from you about the refused delivery or concealed damage, we immediately initiate a claim with the shipping company or with the manufacturer. After the claim is fully processed, we ship all replacements at absolutely no cost to you.

Cancellations & Returns:

We can cancel your order at absolutely no cost to you before the shipping label or Bill of Lading has been created, or before production of a custom order has started. Custom made items are not eligible for cancellations or returns after production has started. You can return all non-custom made items within 30 days of delivery, except when noted otherwise on their product page. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. It must also remain in the original packaging, and the packaging must be in perfect resellable condition. The cost of shipping the product both ways (to the customer, and back to the warehouse) and a 25% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund. Orders delivered outside the United States are not eligible for refunds. If your order arrived damaged, "Damages" section applies. Please contact us before returning your order to discuss shipping details. All refunds will be issued to the credit card you used for your purchase within 2 days after all returned items arrived at the warehouse. If a credit card refund is not possible, we will issue a direct deposit.
