Care & Cleaning

1. The product can be cleaned with warm water, a mild soap and a clean soft cloth.
2. Clean progressively and gently.
3. It is not required to use any abrasive cleaning pads, wire wool or cloths to clean the product.
4. Avoid a vigorous cleaning action, as this could contribute to denaturing and dulling
5. Abrasive or strong cleaning products containing ammonia, bleaches, alcohol, dyes, acids (hydrochloric, formic, phosphorus, chlorine or acetic) will be not be affected. All products manufactured and supplied by Fontana are safe and comply to legislative requirements. Providing they are installed correctly and receive regular maintenance in accordance with these instructions your user experience will not be affected
6. If using a spray cleaner, apply the cleaning agent onto a soft cloth, never directly spray onto the product as the cleaner may enter gaps and openings and cause damage. Do not allow the cleaner to remain on the product for a period of time. After cleaning, rinse thoroughly with clean water.

Shower systems are warranted to be free from defects in material and workmanship. This warranty covers replacement of defective parts, and shall not apply to repair or replacement labor costs, shipping or damages. This warranty is valid for one year from the original consumer purchase, and excludes damage due to improper handling, installation, maintenance, product abuse, or product misuse, whether performed by the consumer or any other party. FontanaShowers® will repair or replace, free of charge, during the applicable warranty period, any part of product that proves to be defective in material and/or workmanship under normal installation, use and service. In no event shall the liability of FontanaShowers exceed the purchase price of the product.

Warranty Does Not Cover

1. Conditions, malfunctions or damage not resulting from defects in material or workmanship.

2.  Labor and other expenses for disconnection or return of the product for warranty service, or for installation or reinstallation of the product.

3.  Please note for LED shower the LED light is not covered under the factory warranty. Under normal conditions LED lights should last the lifetime of your shower. However, mineral and residue build up in your water may cause the LED lights to stop working and thus proper maintenance should be conducted to clean your shower head.

4. Conditions, malfunctions or damage resulting from improper installation, improper maintenance, misuse, abuse, negligence, accident or alteration.

Order Confirmation:

You will receive a confirmation email as soon as you place your order. After that, we double-check if all items ordered are in stock and available for immediate shipment. If your order is available for the delivery within the advertised time frame, we will submit it for shipment to the warehouse. If the expected delivery time exceeds the advertised time frame, we'll reach out to you via email and/or phone to confirm the order.

Order Shipment:

You will receive an email confirmation with tracking number within 1 business day from the time the item has been shipped. If you would not receive tracking information within 10 business days of your order, feel free to follow up with our customer service team.

Estimated Time of Arrival:

We typically deliver within 2-10 business days. Custom made products are usually delivered within 4-12 weeks. If the expected delivery date for your order would fall outside of the advertised 2-10 business day time frame, our customer service team will reach out to you to confirm if you are OK with that date.

Areas Covered:

All estimated delivery dates and shipping costs advertised on the website apply the the contiguous United States only (the Lower 48 and D.C.). Please contact our customer service team to discuss the time and cost of shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, or the U.S. territories. We don't ship internationally, but we can ship your order to a freight forwarder of your choice.

Damages:

It is critical that you inspect the packaging of all items when they arrive and check if you received all boxes listed on the delivery receipt. If you notice any damage or shortage of packages, you must make a note of it on the bill of lading, take pictures, and refuse delivery. Your note should say "refused due to damage". If there are no damages visible before opening the box, you must note "subject to further inspection may contain concealed damage". By signing a freight delivery without making any notes, you accept the product as it is and release the seller from any liability. If you notice any damage after receiving the delivery, do not throw the box away, and contact us with the photos of all sides of the packaged goods within 2 business days. We cannot process your claim if you fail to send images within 2 business days. After we receive information from you about the refused delivery or concealed damage, we immediately initiate a claim with the shipping company or with the manufacturer. After the claim is fully processed, we ship all replacements at absolutely no cost to you.

Cancellations & Returns:

We can cancel your order at absolutely no cost to you before the shipping label or Bill of Lading has been created, or before production of a custom order has started. Custom made items are not eligible for cancellations or returns after production has started. You can return all non-custom made items within 30 days of delivery, except when noted otherwise on their product page. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. It must also remain in the original packaging, and the packaging must be in perfect resellable condition. The cost of shipping the product both ways (to the customer, and back to the warehouse) and a 25% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund. Orders delivered outside the United States are not eligible for refunds. If your order arrived damaged, "Damages" section applies. Please contact us before returning your order to discuss shipping details. All refunds will be issued to the credit card you used for your purchase within 2 days after all returned items arrived at the warehouse. If a credit card refund is not possible, we will issue a direct deposit.
