FontanaShowers® ensures its faucets will be leak and drip-free and that all the parts and finishes of its faucets will be free from any defects in material and manufacturing. The Warranty covers 3 Years Manufacturing Defect. The faucet body, ceramic cartridges, and metal finishes in chrome, satin nickel, polished nickel, gold, oil rubbed bronze are factory warranted to the original consumer purchaser to be free from any manufacturer defects in material and workmanship. FontanaShowers® will repair or replace, free of charge, during the applicable warranty period, any part that proves defective in material and/or workmanship under normal installation, use and service. The factory warranty does not include accessories such as: handles, hand showers, cradles, shower heads, hoses, supply lines or drains. If a defect is found in normal residential use, FontanaShowers® will, at its election, repair, replace or make an appropriate adjustment. This limited warranty covers replacement of defective parts, and shall not apply to repair or replacement labor costs, shipping or damages. In no event shall the liability of FontanaShowers exceed the purchase price of the product.

Faucets are warranted to be free from defects in material and workmanship. Warranty Does Not Cover

(1) Conditions, malfunctions or damage not resulting from defects in material or workmanship.

(2) Labor and other expenses for disconnection or return of the product for warranty service, or for installation or reinstallation of the product.

Other Products and Accessories

FontanaShowers warrants other products and accessories purchased after August 1, 2009 to the following: One year Manufacturer Warranty - bathtubs, steam showers, vanities & sinks, are guaranteed to be free from defects in material, workmanship and finish at the time of shipment. Examples of accessories would be: handles, hand showers, cradles, hoses, supply lines or drains. Should any defects develop within one year from the date of purchase, we will, at our discretion, repair or replace the defective part or assembly. This limited warranty covers only replacement of defective parts, and shall not apply to repair or replacement labor costs, shipping or damages. No other liability or obligation is to be assumed. In no event shall the liability of FontanaShowers exceed the purchase price of the product.

Improper installation or alteration of unit and/or installation of additives can affect the integrity of the unit and will void the Warranty.
