CLIFF Mini electric sauna heater is a slimmer, wall-mounted version of the award-winning CLIFF heater. Inspired by northern coastal cliffs, this heater catches the eye with its stone-emphasized design. What makes both CLIFF heaters unique is their innovative and eco-friendly construction. The ribs of CLIFF heaters are created from cutouts generated during the production of STEEL electric heaters. This eliminates material waste and allows two heaters to be made from the same stainless steel sheet. Despite its slender form, CLIFF Mini can hold plenty of heating stones, providing a mild and long-lasting steam experience. The built-in air tunnel ensures fast heating. With a safety distance of only 6 cm from the walls, CLIFF Mini is easy to place even in smaller home saunas.

Well-planned construction ensures the efficiency and small safety distances of the slim CLIFF sauna heater. Internal air tunnel ensures effective air flow and expedites sauna heating by 25%. In addition, it prolongs the useful life of the heating elements. You’ll need 50 kg of sauna stones for mild steam. CLIFF electric sauna heater holds as much as 75 kg of stones, and the wall-mountable CLIFF Mini fits 60 kg of sauna stones.

The compact HUUM CLIFF Mini 3.5 kW sauna heater, with extremely short safety distances, is a wall-mounted electric sauna heater that is especially engineered for smaller sauna rooms up to 212 cubic feet (CF).

Because of its intelligent design, the CLIFF Mini has a much higher rock volume than other sauna heaters its size. A larger rock capacity results in a consistent, soft, high heat for a better sauna experience, greater efficiency, and more steam.

The CLIFF's contemporary design will add an elegant, upscale look to your home sauna.

Warranty

Buyer is obligated to read the user manual and follow the instructions and requirements presented. Damage to the product caused by not following instructions and requirements will void the warranty. If any defects are found on the product, where the manufacturer can be blamed, then the buyer has the right to demand fixing or replacing the product. Demands must be made not later than 5 years after buying the product. Purchase receipt needs to be presented when warranty demands are made.

The warranty only applies to the product that has been installed and used in accordance with the manual.

The warranty does not cover normal wear or improper use of the product.
The warranty period is 5 years from the date of purchase (based on the purchase receipt).
The warranty does not apply to defects caused by:

damage or defects due to transport and or other actions not controlled by manufacturer;
defects caused by carelessness, improper storage or overloading the product;
errors in the installation of the product due to noncompliance with the product’s manual, operating instructions or safety requirements;
modifying the product in any way (parts added, removed or replaced);
product incompleteness;
using together with products that are not compatible with this device;
when the product warranty period has expired.

Order Confirmation:

You will receive a confirmation email as soon as you place your order. After that, we double-check if all items ordered are in stock and available for immediate shipment. If your order is available for the delivery within the advertised time frame, we will submit it for shipment to the warehouse. If the expected delivery time exceeds the advertised time frame, we'll reach out to you via email and/or phone to confirm the order.

Order Shipment:

You will receive an email confirmation with tracking number within 1 business day from the time the item has been shipped. If you would not receive tracking information within 10 business days of your order, feel free to follow up with our customer service team.

Estimated Time of Arrival:

We typically deliver within 2-10 business days. Custom made products are usually delivered within 4-12 weeks. If the expected delivery date for your order would fall outside of the advertised 2-10 business day time frame, our customer service team will reach out to you to confirm if you are OK with that date.

Areas Covered:

All estimated delivery dates and shipping costs advertised on the website apply the the contiguous United States only (the Lower 48 and D.C.). Please contact our customer service team to discuss the time and cost of shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, or the U.S. territories. We don't ship internationally, but we can ship your order to a freight forwarder of your choice.

Damages:

It is critical that you inspect the packaging of all items when they arrive and check if you received all boxes listed on the delivery receipt. If you notice any damage or shortage of packages, you must make a note of it on the bill of lading, take pictures, and refuse delivery. Your note should say "refused due to damage". If there are no damages visible before opening the box, you must note "subject to further inspection may contain concealed damage". By signing a freight delivery without making any notes, you accept the product as it is and release the seller from any liability. If you notice any damage after receiving the delivery, do not throw the box away, and contact us with the photos of all sides of the packaged goods within 2 business days. We cannot process your claim if you fail to send images within 2 business days. After we receive information from you about the refused delivery or concealed damage, we immediately initiate a claim with the shipping company or with the manufacturer. After the claim is fully processed, we ship all replacements at absolutely no cost to you.

Cancellations & Returns:

We can cancel your order at absolutely no cost to you before the shipping label or Bill of Lading has been created, or before production of a custom order has started. Custom made items are not eligible for cancellations or returns after production has started. You can return all non-custom made items within 30 days of delivery, except when noted otherwise on their product page. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. It must also remain in the original packaging, and the packaging must be in perfect resellable condition. The cost of shipping the product both ways (to the customer, and back to the warehouse) and a 25% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund. Orders delivered outside the United States are not eligible for refunds. If your order arrived damaged, "Damages" section applies. Please contact us before returning your order to discuss shipping details. All refunds will be issued to the credit card you used for your purchase within 2 days after all returned items arrived at the warehouse. If a credit card refund is not possible, we will issue a direct deposit.
