Crafted in Estonia where sauna is a way of life, the HUUM CORE BK/ST is constructed from stainless steel with different inlay finishes to choose from. The unit arrives without a casing for easy customization with ceramic tiles, stone, glass or wood to personalize the heater and make it your own. Available in a variety of power ratings to suit a wide array of sauna sizes, the CORE thrives in tight spaces where users can benefit from the heater’s small footprint and minimal safety distances. This clever design allows endless choices for placement, including the option to embed the heater within the sauna bench.

The CORE will swiftly heat the sauna room while you confidently ladle water upon the sauna stone surface to generate an abundance of steam. Pair the unit with a UKU Control for total command of your powerful sauna heater system.

Heater For Modern Home Saunas

STEEL electric sauna heater has been developed for contemporary apartment saunas. Its small dimensions and powerful construction provide a stylish supplement to the interior. The sauna heater is compatible with the UKU sauna control system, which enables you to heat the sauna irrespective of where you are.

The optimized construction of the STEEL sauna heater means small safety distances. Its internal air tunnel ensures effective air flow and expedites sauna heating by 25%. In addition, it prolongs the useful life of the heating elements. According to the experts, you’ll need 50 kg of sauna stones for mild steam. STEEL electric sauna heater holds as much as 150 kg of stones, and the wall-mountable STEEL Mini fits 60 kg of sauna stones.

CORE sauna heater was born to offer alternatives

Development of CORE sauna heater was centered on freedom of choice. Discussions with sauna fans and collaboration partners across the world revealed the desire for a sauna heater that would convey the personality of its owner. We played around with the thought, and switched to product development.

We created an efficient sauna heater that does not require massive safety distances. It is therefore also suitable for small apartment saunas. In addition, the CORE electric sauna heater can be completely embedded into the sauna bench. Each sauna has its own character, and this applies to CORE sauna heaters as well. Its finishing touch may be based on wood, stone, ceramics or even glass. However, we did not allow any cut-downs on the steam – it is still pleasantly mild.

Warranty

Buyer is obligated to read the user manual and follow the instructions and requirements presented. Damage to the product caused by not following instructions and requirements will void the warranty. If any defects are found on the product, where the manufacturer can be blamed, then the buyer has the right to demand fixing or replacing the product. Demands must be made not later than 5 years after buying the product. Purchase receipt needs to be presented when warranty demands are made.

Warranty applies only to electric heaters that have been used according to the manual.
NB! Warranty does not cover heating elements. They are considered as consumable parts.
Warranty does not cover wear that occurs from natural usage.
Warranty does not cover defects or wear caused by planned use.
Warranty does not imply when:

damage or defects are caused by transportation or other actions not controlled by manufacturer;
product has been damaged by carelessness or overload;
product has not been installed correctly;
product has been modified in any way;
warranty period is over;
product is not complete.

Warranty Terms For Huum Equipment

The warranty only applies to the product that has been installed and used in accordance with the manual.
NB! The warranty does not apply to heating elements. They are considered as consumable parts.
The warranty does not cover normal wear or improper use of the product.
The warranty period is 5 years from the date of purchase (based on the purchase receipt).
The warranty does not apply to defects caused by:

damage or defects due to transport and or other actions not controlled by manufacturer;
defects caused by carelessness, improper storage or overloading the product;
errors in the installation of the product due to noncompliance with the product’s manual, operating instructions or safety requirements;
modifying the product in any way (parts added, removed or replaced);
product incompleteness;
using together with products that are not compatible with this device;
when the product warranty period has expired.

Order Confirmation:

You will receive a confirmation email as soon as you place your order. After that, we double-check if all items ordered are in stock and available for immediate shipment. If your order is available for the delivery within the advertised time frame, we will submit it for shipment to the warehouse. If the expected delivery time exceeds the advertised time frame, we'll reach out to you via email and/or phone to confirm the order.

Order Shipment:

You will receive an email confirmation with tracking number within 1 business day from the time the item has been shipped. If you would not receive tracking information within 10 business days of your order, feel free to follow up with our customer service team.

Estimated Time of Arrival:

We typically deliver within 2-10 business days. Custom made products are usually delivered within 4-12 weeks. If the expected delivery date for your order would fall outside of the advertised 2-10 business day time frame, our customer service team will reach out to you to confirm if you are OK with that date.

Areas Covered:

All estimated delivery dates and shipping costs advertised on the website apply the the contiguous United States only (the Lower 48 and D.C.). Please contact our customer service team to discuss the time and cost of shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, or the U.S. territories. We don't ship internationally, but we can ship your order to a freight forwarder of your choice.

Damages:

It is critical that you inspect the packaging of all items when they arrive and check if you received all boxes listed on the delivery receipt. If you notice any damage or shortage of packages, you must make a note of it on the bill of lading, take pictures, and refuse delivery. Your note should say "refused due to damage". If there are no damages visible before opening the box, you must note "subject to further inspection may contain concealed damage". By signing a freight delivery without making any notes, you accept the product as it is and release the seller from any liability. If you notice any damage after receiving the delivery, do not throw the box away, and contact us with the photos of all sides of the packaged goods within 2 business days. We cannot process your claim if you fail to send images within 2 business days. After we receive information from you about the refused delivery or concealed damage, we immediately initiate a claim with the shipping company or with the manufacturer. After the claim is fully processed, we ship all replacements at absolutely no cost to you.

Cancellations & Returns:

We can cancel your order at absolutely no cost to you before the shipping label or Bill of Lading has been created, or before production of a custom order has started. Custom made items are not eligible for cancellations or returns after production has started. You can return all non-custom made items within 30 days of delivery, except when noted otherwise on their product page. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. It must also remain in the original packaging, and the packaging must be in perfect resellable condition. The cost of shipping the product both ways (to the customer, and back to the warehouse) and a 25% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund. Orders delivered outside the United States are not eligible for refunds. If your order arrived damaged, "Damages" section applies. Please contact us before returning your order to discuss shipping details. All refunds will be issued to the credit card you used for your purchase within 2 days after all returned items arrived at the warehouse. If a credit card refund is not possible, we will issue a direct deposit.
