The Brittany 30" Urban Gray Single Vanity by James Martin Vanities features classic details that bridge both traditional and transitional styles. This beautiful piece of furniture includes one hide-away tip-out, top row drawer plus two full-depth side drawers, one of which is double-height for storage of taller items. This cabinet also has one door, which conceals an interior shelf for ample storage, and a bamboo drawer organizer. Hand crafted in yellow Poplar solids and yellow Poplar veneers with Satin Nickel hardware. Matching wood backsplash is included. The look is completed with a 3 CM eased-edge countertop by Silestone in Lime Delight, which brings a warm, textured beige tones in a suede finish. It includes pre-drilled holes for an 8-inch widespread faucet (not included), one white porcelain rectangular sink, as well as the appropriate mounting brackets for installation.

One-Year Limited Warranty

When properly installed and under normal conditions of use, James Martin Vanities (“James Martin”) products are warrantied against defects in material or workmanship for one year from the date of purchase from a James Martin distributor (the “Warranty”). James Martin retains the right to determine if a product is defective, and its judgment shall be final in such matters. For vanity tops, this Warranty does not apply to any quartz stone tops, which have a separate manufacturer warranty. This Warranty does not apply to any product which is modified in any way or used on any installation or unit other than a residential property.

If you believe your product is defective, please return it and a copy of the dated sales receipt (Proof of Purchase) to the James Martin retailer where you purchased the product. You may also contact James Martin Customer Service at customercare@jamesmartinvanities.com, or by sending written notification to James Martin that a product may be defective within the applicable Warranty Period via mail at the address below.

This Warranty is limited to the correction of any such defect, replacement or credit, at the discretion of James Martin, not to exceed the original purchase price, and shall not include any installation or labor charges of any kind, except where mandated by law. This Warranty is conditioned upon the following: that (a) James Martin is notified in writing and provides consent to return the product(s) in question, (b) the product(s) is/are returned with proof or purchase date, and (c) upon return and inspection, the product(s) is/are found to be defective as noted above.

This Warranty does not cover any damage to the products due to external causes including without limitation: improper installation or operation, product abuse or misuse, or use of adverse or hazardous chemicals or abrasive cleaners containing alcohol or other solvents, acts of nature, physical damage, environmental conditions, or any other occurrences beyond the reasonable control of James Martin.

This Warranty is not applicable to any product which is marked, advertised or otherwise sold as “clearance” or “closeout” items.

THIS LIMITED WARRANTY IS THE FULL EXTENT OF EXPRESS WARRANTIES PROVIDED BY JAMES MARTIN, AND JAMES MARTIN HEREBY DISCLAIMS ANY WARRANTY NOT EXPRESSLY PROVIDED HEREIN, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE WITH RESPECT TO THE PRODUCTS COVERED HEREUNDER.

EXCEPT AS STATED IN THIS LIMITED WARRANTY, JAMES MARTIN FURTHER DISCLAIMS ANY RESPONSIBILITY FOR LOSSES, EXPENSES, INCONVENIENCES, AND SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OR RESULTING IN ANY MANNER FROM THE PRODUCTS COVERED HEREUNDER.

THIS LIMITED WARRANTY GIVES THE CLAIMANT SPECIFIC LEGAL RIGHTS, AND YOU MAY ALSO HAVE OTHER RIGHTS WHICH VARY FROM STATE TO STATE.
