KOHLER Electronic Faucets, Valves, and Controls Five-Year Limited Warranty

Kohler Co. warrants its electronic faucets, valves, and controls to be free of defects in material and workmanship during normal residential usage for (5) years from date of purchase. This warranty applies only to KOHLER products purchased and installed in North America, Central America, the Caribbean and South America excluding Brazil ("Americas").

Kohler Co. will, at its election, repair, replace, or make appropriate adjustment where Kohler Co. inspection discloses any such defects occurring in normal usage. Damage caused by accident, misuse, or abuse is not covered by this warranty. Improper care and cleaning will void the warranty.* Proof of purchase (original sales receipt) must be provided to Kohler Co. with all warranty claims. Kohler Co. is not responsible for removal, installation, labor charges, or other incidental or consequential costs. In no event shall the liability of Kohler Co. exceed the purchase price of the product.

If this product is used commercially or used outside of the Americas, Kohler Co. warrants the product to be free from defects in material and workmanship for one (1) year from the date of purchase, with all other terms of this warranty applying except duration.

Please be sure to provide all pertinent information regarding your claim, including a complete description of the problem, the product, model number, color, the date the product was purchased and from whom the product was purchased. Also include your proof of purchase (original sales receipt).

KOHLER CO. AND/OR SELLER ARE PROVIDING THESE WARRANTIES in place of ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. KOHLER CO. AND/OR SELLER DISCLAIM ALL LIABILITY FOR SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations of how long an implied warranty lasts or the exclusion or limitation of such damages, so these limitations and exclusions may not apply to you. This warranty gives the consumer legal rights. You may also have other rights
that vary from jurisdiction to jurisdiction. This warranty is extended to the original consumer only. It excludes product damage due to installation error, product abuse, or product misuse, whether performed by a contractor, service company, or the consumer. This is Kohler Co.'s exclusive warranty.

*Never use cleaners containing abrasive cleansers, ammonia, bleach, acids, waxes, alcohol, or solvents not recommended for KOHLER. This will void the warranty.
