5 Years Residential Warranty

LaToscana warrants the products to be free from defects in materials. Warranty is limited as specified in each individual product's warranty card. Proof of purchase (original sales receipt) from the original consumer purchaser must be made available to LaToscana for all limited warranty claims. This limited warranty is non-transferable. It does not apply in the event of product damage due to the use of other than genuine LaToscana replacement parts, installation error, abuse, misuse, or improper care and maintenance. Warranty shall not include problems related to the installation of the product.

The Company Starting from a little craft made factory founded in 1954, in 50 years Paini has become one of the leading companies in its industry. At the end of the Sixties, it reached the size of a small company, and in 1972 it became a joint-stock company. It was also necessary to build a more modern and equipped plant next to the one already facility. The period of greatest growth for the company has certainly begun with the birth of the mixer, in the modern faucet. Today Paini is a large company covering an area over 325,000 square feet with nearly 400 employees working in it. The staff are highly specialized and educated and receive ongoing in-house refresher courses. We also offer classes to students from technical and commercial institutes. Paini offers a wide range of faucets, showers, bathroom accessories, shipbuilding industry, kitchen, bath, and shower associated products. We proudly produce 4 million pieces per annum. The production cycle employs exclusively raw materials of suitable quality to meet all technical, regulatory, and legal requirements relevant to the product: every raw material supply is delivered with EN 10204 control documents. For testing or trials of particular typology and complexity, we also avail of cooperation with external accredited and qualified laboratories. Our R&D department is equipped with test benches, tools, and devices suitable for analysis, assessments, and studies on products as well as for experience acquisition peculiar to mechanical, chemical, and functional properties of materials. The production is completely carried out in-house on a wide range of modern computerized driven processes and disciplines on transfer and multi-spindled machines. Quality tests are carried out during all production and handling steps, from the main to the secondary ones. To this aim, computerized equipment programmed according to specific evaluation protocols for each handling is used. Final polishing of the pieces can be both robotized and manual, according to the production challenges and the finish level every single piece should provide. Our chromium plating plant system is one of the largest in the industry and automatically assures the chromium thickness standard in conformity with international norms. Pieces are carried on airframes sliding on an electromechanical birail. On-site we also provide coloring plants using epoxidic powder and liquid. Our PDV facility enables us to get finishes of higher resistance than the traditional ones. Our products comply with the main requirements of the major technical reference standards in the field, both European and international. We have product certificates of conformity, both internationally acknowledged as specific for particular markets and attesting the conformity to the technical-performance requirements established by the most prestigious international institutes together with the compliance to national and international dispositions of law.

Order Confirmation:

You will receive a confirmation email as soon as you place your order. After that, we double-check if all items ordered are in stock and available for immediate shipment. If your order is available for the delivery within the advertised time frame, we will submit it for shipment to the warehouse. If the expected delivery time exceeds the advertised time frame, we'll reach out to you via email and/or phone to confirm the order.

Order Shipment:

You will receive an email confirmation with tracking number within 1 business day from the time the item has been shipped. If you would not receive tracking information within 10 business days of your order, feel free to follow up with our customer service team.

Estimated Time of Arrival:

We typically deliver within 2-10 business days. Custom made products are usually delivered within 4-12 weeks. If the expected delivery date for your order would fall outside of the advertised 2-10 business day time frame, our customer service team will reach out to you to confirm if you are OK with that date.

All estimated delivery dates and shipping costs advertised on the website apply the the contiguous United States only (the Lower 48 and D.C.). Please contact our customer service team to discuss the time and cost of shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, or the U.S. territories. We don't ship internationally, but we can ship your order to a freight forwarder of your choice.

Damages:

It is critical that you inspect the packaging of all items when they arrive and check if you received all boxes listed on the delivery receipt. If you notice any damage or shortage of packages, you must make a note of it on the bill of lading, take pictures, and refuse delivery. Your note should say "refused due to damage". If there are no damages visible before opening the box, you must note "subject to further inspection may contain concealed damage". By signing a freight delivery without making any notes, you accept the product as it is and release the seller from any liability. If you notice any damage after receiving the delivery, do not throw the box away, and contact us with the photos of all sides of the packaged goods within 2 business days. We cannot process your claim if you fail to send images within 2 business days. After we receive information from you about the refused delivery or concealed damage, we immediately initiate a claim with the shipping company or with the manufacturer. After the claim is fully processed, we ship all replacements at absolutely no cost to you.

Cancellations & Returns:

We can cancel your order at absolutely no cost to you before the shipping label or Bill of Lading has been created, or before production of a custom order has started. Custom made items are not eligible for cancellations or returns after production has started. You can return all non-custom made items within 30 days of delivery, except when noted otherwise on their product page. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. It must also remain in the original packaging, and the packaging must be in perfect resellable condition. The cost of shipping the product both ways (to the customer, and back to the warehouse) and a 25% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund. Orders delivered outside the United States are not eligible for refunds. If your order arrived damaged, "Damages" section applies. Please contact us before returning your order to discuss shipping details. All refunds will be issued to the credit card you used for your purchase within 2 days after all returned items arrived at the warehouse. If a credit card refund is not possible, we will issue a direct deposit.
