WHAT THIS WARRANTY COVERS. LessCare (“Warrantor”) provides to the original purchaser a five (5) year warranty (“Warranty”) from the date of purchase of the lesscare (“Product”). Pursuant to this Limited Warranty, Warrantor will, at its option, and for qualifying warranty events, provide either parts or a replacement product. New or refurbished parts may be used at Warrantor’s discretion. Such replacement parts or the cost of a replacement product shall be at Warrantor’s expense, but consumer shall bear all other expenses, including but not limited to all shipping costs, transportation cost, removal costs, and re-installation costs. The Warranty on replaced parts or products are for the unexpired portion of the original limited warranty on the product purchased by the consumer. This Warranty will be in effect only for any defects, which occur when the Product was used in accordance with the Owner’s Manual. Lesscare shall not be liable for any injury or losses or other damages whether incidental or consequential. This warranty does not cover Glass or Glass Panels. This warranty does not cover damage resulting from normal wear and tear; accident; misuse; negligence; dirt; improper installation; modification; servicing performed or attempted by unauthorized individuals or agencies; use of parts other than specified in the Owner’s manual; improper maintenance; costs of removing warranted material; the installation of replacement material; failure or damage due to events outside of Warrantor’s control.

LIMITATION ON DAMAGES. In no event will warrantor be liable for injury or any special incidental, indirect, consequential or punitive damages, or for damages relating to loss of profits, delay, revenue, or use, whether in an action in contract, tort, strict liability or otherwise, or with respect to any such damages paid to third parties, in connection with or arising out of the goods provided by warrantor, even if warrantor has been advised of the possibility of such damages. The foregoing warranties are in lieu of all other warranties, expressed or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Lesscare and or seller disclaims all liability for special, incidental or consequential damages. Lesscare is not liable for personal injuries or death to any person or for any direct, special, incidental or consequential damage, loss of use, loss of time, loss of profits, inconvenience, incidental expenses, labor or material charges, or any other costs resulting from the use of its products or pertaining to the application of the present warranty, or resulting from the removal or replacement of any product or element or part covered by this warranty. Duration of implied warranties: except to the extent prohibited by applicable law, any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose on this product is limited in duration to the duration of this warranty. To the extent provided by applicable law, all other implied warranties are expressly denied, or are limited in duration to the shortest period permitted by law.  Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of some or the damages identified here, or limit the length an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you. For instructions on filing a claim on this warranty, or if the Product exhibits a defect, please email Warrantor’s Service Center at info@lesscare.com with a description of the defect, a copy of the original invoice, photos of defective parts. An original and dated invoice roof of purchase is required. Warrantor reserves the right to inspect claimed defective products. No returns, replacements or repairs may be made without prior written consent. Some replacement parts may vary from those originally supplied and are subject to availability. LessCare reserves the right to modify this warranty at any time.

Order Confirmation:

You will receive a confirmation email as soon as you place your order. After that, we double-check if all items ordered are in stock and available for immediate shipment. If your order is available for the delivery within the advertised time frame, we will submit it for shipment to the warehouse. If the expected delivery time exceeds the advertised time frame, we'll reach out to you via email and/or phone to confirm the order.

Order Shipment:

You will receive an email confirmation with tracking number within 1 business day from the time the item has been shipped. If you would not receive tracking information within 10 business days of your order, feel free to follow up with our customer service team.

Estimated Time of Arrival:

We typically deliver within 2-10 business days. Custom made products are usually delivered within 4-12 weeks. If the expected delivery date for your order would fall outside of the advertised 2-10 business day time frame, our customer service team will reach out to you to confirm if you are OK with that date.

Areas Covered:

All estimated delivery dates and shipping costs advertised on the website apply the the contiguous United States only (the Lower 48 and D.C.). Please contact our customer service team to discuss the time and cost of shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, or the U.S. territories. We don't ship internationally, but we can ship your order to a freight forwarder of your choice.

Damages:

It is critical that you inspect the packaging of all items when they arrive and check if you received all boxes listed on the delivery receipt. If you notice any damage or shortage of packages, you must make a note of it on the bill of lading, take pictures, and refuse delivery. Your note should say "refused due to damage". If there are no damages visible before opening the box, you must note "subject to further inspection may contain concealed damage". By signing a freight delivery without making any notes, you accept the product as it is and release the seller from any liability. If you notice any damage after receiving the delivery, do not throw the box away, and contact us with the photos of all sides of the packaged goods within 2 business days. We cannot process your claim if you fail to send images within 2 business days. After we receive information from you about the refused delivery or concealed damage, we immediately initiate a claim with the shipping company or with the manufacturer. After the claim is fully processed, we ship all replacements at absolutely no cost to you.

Cancellations & Returns:

We can cancel your order at absolutely no cost to you before the shipping label or Bill of Lading has been created, or before production of a custom order has started. Custom made items are not eligible for cancellations or returns after production has started. You can return all non-custom made items within 30 days of delivery, except when noted otherwise on their product page. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. It must also remain in the original packaging, and the packaging must be in perfect resellable condition. The cost of shipping the product both ways (to the customer, and back to the warehouse) and a 25% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund. Orders delivered outside the United States are not eligible for refunds. If your order arrived damaged, "Damages" section applies. Please contact us before returning your order to discuss shipping details. All refunds will be issued to the credit card you used for your purchase within 2 days after all returned items arrived at the warehouse. If a credit card refund is not possible, we will issue a direct deposit.
