Lulani products have been manufactured under the highest standards of quality and workmanship. Lulani warrants our faucets (sold in or delivered into the United States or Canada on or after the original date of sale) for as long as the original consumer purchaser owns the product and lives in the residence in which the product is first installed (the "Warranty Period" for homeowners), will be leak and drip-free during normal use and all parts and finishes of this faucet will be free from defects in material and manufacturing workmanship. All other purchasers (including purchasers for industrial, commercial, rental and business use) are warranted for a period of 5 years from the original date of purchase (the "Warranty Period" for non-homeowners). Neither this warranty nor any benefit under this warranty is transferable or available to a subsequent owner of the product.

If this faucet should ever develop a leak or drip during the Warranty Period, Lulani will free of charge provide the parts necessary to put the faucet back in good working condition and will replace free of charge any part or finish that proves defective in material and manufacturing workmanship, under normal installation, use and service. Proof of purchase (original sales receipt) from the original consumer purchaser must accompany all warranty claims.

Electronic parts (other than batteries), if any, of Lulani faucets are warranted to be free from defects in material and workmanship for five (5) years from the date of original purchase or, for commercial purchasers, for one (1) year from the date of original purchase. No warranty is provided on batteries.

Because Lulani is unable to control the quality of Lulani products sold by unauthorized sellers, (including online), unless otherwise prohibited by law, this warranty does not cover Lulani products purchased from unauthorized sellers. Defects or damage caused by the use of other than genuine Lulani parts is not covered by this warranty. If repair or replacement is not practical, Lulani may elect to refund the purchase price in exchange for the return of the product.  These are exclusive remedies.

This warranty is extensive in that it covers replacement of all defective parts and finishes. However, damage due to installation error, product abuse, product misuse, use of cleaners containing abrasives, alcohol or other organic solvents, use of the product for an unintended application, freezing water, neglect of maintenance or repair, including failure to follow the applicable care and cleaning instructions, whether performed by a contractor, service company, or yourself, are excluded from this warranty.

Lulani will not be responsible for labor charges and/or damage incurred in installation, repair or replacement, nor for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, losses, injury or costs of any nature relating to this faucet. Except as provided by law, this warranty is in lieu of and excludes all other warranties, conditions and guarantees, whether expressed or implied, statutory or otherwise, including without restriction those of merchantability or of fitness for a particular purpose. This document constitutes the entire warranty and any other promises, negotiations, understandings, agreements, or representations, oral or written are deemed merged herein.

Some states, provinces and nations do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state, province to province, nation to nation. Some states, provinces, and territories do not allow the limitation of implied warranties, so the above exclusions may not apply to you. The duration of implied warranties (including but not limited to those of merchantability and fitness for a particular or special purpose) arising under state, provincial, or territorial law is limited to the shorter of the duration of such warranties provided by law or the duration set out in this warranty.

Lulani recommends using a professional plumber for all installation and repair of faucets. We also recommend that you use only genuine Lulani replacement parts.

Order Confirmation:

You will receive a confirmation email as soon as you place your order. After that, we double-check if all items ordered are in stock and available for immediate shipment. If your order is available for the delivery within the advertised time frame, we will submit it for shipment to the warehouse. If the expected delivery time exceeds the advertised time frame, we'll reach out to you via email and/or phone to confirm the order.

Order Shipment:

You will receive an email confirmation with tracking number within 1 business day from the time the item has been shipped. If you would not receive tracking information within 10 business days of your order, feel free to follow up with our customer service team.

Estimated Time of Arrival:

We typically deliver within 2-10 business days. Custom made products are usually delivered within 4-12 weeks. If the expected delivery date for your order would fall outside of the advertised 2-10 business day time frame, our customer service team will reach out to you to confirm if you are OK with that date.

Areas Covered:

All estimated delivery dates and shipping costs advertised on the website apply the the contiguous United States only (the Lower 48 and D.C.). Please contact our customer service team to discuss the time and cost of shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, or the U.S. territories. We don't ship internationally, but we can ship your order to a freight forwarder of your choice.

Damages:

It is critical that you inspect the packaging of all items when they arrive and check if you received all boxes listed on the delivery receipt. If you notice any damage or shortage of packages, you must make a note of it on the bill of lading, take pictures, and refuse delivery. Your note should say "refused due to damage". If there are no damages visible before opening the box, you must note "subject to further inspection may contain concealed damage". By signing a freight delivery without making any notes, you accept the product as it is and release the seller from any liability. If you notice any damage after receiving the delivery, do not throw the box away, and contact us with the photos of all sides of the packaged goods within 2 business days. We cannot process your claim if you fail to send images within 2 business days. After we receive information from you about the refused delivery or concealed damage, we immediately initiate a claim with the shipping company or with the manufacturer. After the claim is fully processed, we ship all replacements at absolutely no cost to you.

Cancellations & Returns:

We can cancel your order at absolutely no cost to you before the shipping label or Bill of Lading has been created, or before production of a custom order has started. Custom made items are not eligible for cancellations or returns after production has started. You can return all non-custom made items within 30 days of delivery, except when noted otherwise on their product page. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. It must also remain in the original packaging, and the packaging must be in perfect resellable condition. The cost of shipping the product both ways (to the customer, and back to the warehouse) and a 25% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund. Orders delivered outside the United States are not eligible for refunds. If your order arrived damaged, "Damages" section applies. Please contact us before returning your order to discuss shipping details. All refunds will be issued to the credit card you used for your purchase within 2 days after all returned items arrived at the warehouse. If a credit card refund is not possible, we will issue a direct deposit.
