Important Note: All of our bidets should only be installed by licensed plumbers. On electric models where there is not an outlet, then a licensed electrician should be used to install one. We recommend a dedicated 15 or 20amp GFI circuit be used, and local codes followed. Periodic maintenance and inspection of the unit is required. Optional bidet water filters must be replaced every 6 months. Hoses and all connections should be checked frequently. Warranty: For a period of 24 months from the date of purchase, NOVA Bidet will repair or replace any part that proves to be defective in material and/or workmanship under normal installation, use and service.

Residential Products: We provide warranty on the NOVA Bidet Seat to the original purchaser, installed in a residential setting. This warranty is effective for the North American 120 volt UL-approved models Eco-NOVA.

Mechanical Warranty: The warranty covers all parts to be free from manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.

Finish Warranty: The warranty does not cover scratching or staining from use of chemicals or cleaning agents.

About Bidet Seats

The Bidet Seat replaces your existing toilet seat, and we carry models to fit every toilet made. All models use the cold water line from your toilet (supplied), plug-in for electrical power and come complete with all of the necessary water fittings to provide a comfortable cleansing shower of warm water.

The Bidet Seat was originally invented in the early 1960s by a doctor in Switzerland as an aid for his patients. The INAX Corporation of Japan acquired the patent, began refining the seat and introduced their first model to the public in 1964. Since then, over 50 million Bidet Seats have been sold around the world. Bidet Seats are vastly superior to the old-style porcelain bidet fixture and much more affordable and convenient.

In addition to overall personal hygiene, the right bidet seat can also provide comfort and convenience for individuals with diseases/disorders of the digestive tract, as well as disabilities resulting from Parkinson's Disease, Alzheimer's Disease, ALS, arthritis, multiple sclerosis or amputation of a limb, hand or finger.

All of our Bidet Seats are equipped with anti-slam seats and lids, heated seats, adjustable temperature/pressure controls and are self-cleaning. Order Confirmation:

You will receive a confirmation email as soon as you place your order. After that, we double-check if all items ordered are in stock and available for immediate shipment. If your order is available for the delivery within the advertised time frame, we will submit it for shipment to the warehouse. If the expected delivery time exceeds the advertised time frame, we'll reach out to you via email and/or phone to confirm the order.

Order Shipment:

You will receive an email confirmation with tracking number within 1 business day from the time the item has been shipped. If you would not receive tracking information within 10 business days of your order, feel free to follow up with our customer service team.

Estimated Time of Arrival:

We typically deliver within 2-10 business days. Custom made products are usually delivered within 4-12 weeks. If the expected delivery date for your order would fall outside of the advertised 2-10 business day time frame, our customer service team will reach out to you to confirm if you are OK with that date.

Areas Covered:

All estimated delivery dates and shipping costs advertised on the website apply the the contiguous United States only (the Lower 48 and D.C.). Please contact our customer service team to discuss the time and cost of shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, or the U.S. territories. We don't ship internationally, but we can ship your order to a freight forwarder of your choice.

Damages:

It is critical that you inspect the packaging of all items when they arrive and check if you received all boxes listed on the delivery receipt. If you notice any damage or shortage of packages, you must make a note of it on the bill of lading, take pictures, and refuse delivery. Your note should say "refused due to damage". If there are no damages visible before opening the box, you must note "subject to further inspection may contain concealed damage". By signing a freight delivery without making any notes, you accept the product as it is and release the seller from any liability. If you notice any damage after receiving the delivery, do not throw the box away, and contact us with the photos of all sides of the packaged goods within 2 business days. We cannot process your claim if you fail to send images within 2 business days. After we receive information from you about the refused delivery or concealed damage, we immediately initiate a claim with the shipping company or with the manufacturer. After the claim is fully processed, we ship all replacements at absolutely no cost to you.

Cancellations & Returns:

We can cancel your order at absolutely no cost to you before the shipping label or Bill of Lading has been created, or before production of a custom order has started. Custom made items are not eligible for cancellations or returns after production has started. You can return all non-custom made items within 30 days of delivery, except when noted otherwise on their product page. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. It must also remain in the original packaging, and the packaging must be in perfect resellable condition. The cost of shipping the product both ways (to the customer, and back to the warehouse) and a 25% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund. Orders delivered outside the United States are not eligible for refunds. If your order arrived damaged, "Damages" section applies. Please contact us before returning your order to discuss shipping details. All refunds will be issued to the credit card you used for your purchase within 2 days after all returned items arrived at the warehouse. If a credit card refund is not possible, we will issue a direct deposit.
