Use & Care Note

Measurements are rounded off. Each of our fine bathroom vanities is a one-of-a-kind masterpiece, detailed with a multi-step hand finishing process. With individual technique and interpretation, no two pieces are exactly the same (color may vary). Individual personality of each stone surface is further expressed by anomalies such as veining and coloration, as the nature of stone. Actual color may also vary due to individual computer monitor display settings.

To avoid any dirt or stain from getting into the stone, we highly recommend you to seal any stone surfaces before installation. Due to the nature of our all natural stones, our stone counters & sinks may have a variation in color, discolorations or other such related birthmarks. Silkroad Exclusive uses all natural stones that come from the Earth, formed in natural processes, and so many contain imperfections.

Limited Warranty (For USA only)

If a Silkroad Exclusive product is found to be defective in materials or workmanship after inspection by an authorized representative of the Seller, the part or product will be repaired or returned for a replacement or a refund will be issued for all defective or missing parts (s) or item(s) as a result of manufacturing defects, at Seller's sole discretion. This limited warranty is for a period of ninety (90) days from the date of purchase. This limited warranty applies only to the original installation and to the original purchaser in the United States of America and is not transferable by the original purchaser. Upon the transfer of the product by the original purchaser to a third party, all warranties terminate. In the event of a limited warranty claim, proof of purchase will be required. The Buyer shall at its own expense apply for and obtain any permits and inspections required for the installation and/or use of the products. Seller makes no representation that the products or services will conform to any federal, state, or local laws or ordinances, regulations, codes, or standards. This limited warranty is voided if the product has been moved from its initial place of installation; if it has been subjected to faulty maintenance, abuse, misuse, accident, or other damage; if it was not installed properly; if it was modified or altered in any way. Silkroad Exclusive Inc's maximum limit of liability under the limited warranty shall be the actual cash value of the product, excluding shipping and handling, at the time the buyer returns the product for repair, which is determined by the price paid by the buyer for the product less a reasonable amount of usage. The Seller's option to repair or exchange the product under this limited warranty does not cover any labor or other costs of removal or installation. The Seller shall not be liable for any labor or other costs or be responsible for damages to or replacement of substrate to which this product has been attached or for the cost of repair or replacement of any installation materials, including but not limited to, tiles, faucets, etc. This limited warranty does not cover (i) any liability for incidental, special, consequential, indirect, or liquidated damages attributable to a product defect or to the repair or exchange of a defective product, all of which are expressly excluded from this limited warranty, and hereby expressly disclaimed; or (ii) any implied warranties including those of merchantability or fitness for a particular or intended purpose; or (iii) the extension beyond the duration of this limited warranty of any implied limited warranties, including those of merchantability or fitness for an intended purpose. If a product is defective or damaged in any way before or during installation, do not install it. Only approved cleaning materials shall be used with this product, and failure to use approved cleaning materials shall void this warranty. This warranty does not apply to, and there shall be no manufacturer liability for, defective installation work or any defective work done by any other individual or entity, nor does it apply to. SELLER IS PROVIDING THIS WARRANTY IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. Some states/provinces do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, or the exclusion or limitation of special, incidental, or consequential damages, so these limitations and exclusions may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may also have other rights which vary from state/province to state/province.

• Care Instructions

Order Confirmation:

You will receive a confirmation email as soon as you place your order. After that, we double-check if all items ordered are in stock and available for immediate shipment. If your order is available for the delivery within the advertised time frame, we will submit it for shipment to the warehouse. If the expected delivery time exceeds the advertised time frame, we'll reach out to you via email and/or phone to confirm the order.

Order Shipment:

You will receive an email confirmation with tracking number within 1 business day from the time the item has been shipped. If you would not receive tracking information within 10 business days of your order, feel free to follow up with our customer service team.

Estimated Time of Arrival:

We typically deliver within 2-10 business days. Custom made products are usually delivered within 4-12 weeks. If the expected delivery date for your order would fall outside of the advertised 2-10 business day time frame, our customer service team will reach out to you to confirm if you are OK with that date.

Areas Covered:

All estimated delivery dates and shipping costs advertised on the website apply the the contiguous United States only (the Lower 48 and D.C.). Please contact our customer service team to discuss the time and cost of shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, or the U.S. territories. We don't ship internationally, but we can ship your order to a freight forwarder of your choice.

Damages:

It is critical that you inspect the packaging of all items when they arrive and check if you received all boxes listed on the delivery receipt. If you notice any damage or shortage of packages, you must make a note of it on the bill of lading, take pictures, and refuse delivery. Your note should say "refused due to damage". If there are no damages visible before opening the box, you must note "subject to further inspection may contain concealed damage". By signing a freight delivery without making any notes, you accept the product as it is and release the seller from any liability. If you notice any damage after receiving the delivery, do not throw the box away, and contact us with the photos of all sides of the packaged goods within 2 business days. We cannot process your claim if you fail to send images within 2 business days. After we receive information from you about the refused delivery or concealed damage, we immediately initiate a claim with the shipping company or with the manufacturer. After the claim is fully processed, we ship all replacements at absolutely no cost to you.

Cancellations & Returns:

We can cancel your order at absolutely no cost to you before the shipping label or Bill of Lading has been created, or before production of a custom order has started. Custom made items are not eligible for cancellations or returns after production has started. You can return all non-custom made items within 30 days of delivery, except when noted otherwise on their product page. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. It must also remain in the original packaging, and the packaging must be in perfect resellable condition. The cost of shipping the product both ways (to the customer, and back to the warehouse) and a 25% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund. Orders delivered outside the United States are not eligible for refunds. If your order arrived damaged, "Damages" section applies. Please contact us before returning your order to discuss shipping details. All refunds will be issued to the credit card you used for your purchase within 2 days after all returned items arrived at the warehouse. If a credit card refund is not possible, we will issue a direct deposit.
