The commode portion features an easy to clean fitted tray that securely locates between the feet of the Throne Buttler with a high side to contain any messes should they happen. The extra-deep waste bucket locks into the fitted tray and remains stationary so that there is no chance of accidental spills during use. Easy-to-replace liners are included so that clean-up after each use is simple, fast, and sanitary.

Are the feet adjustable?

Yes, they can be easily adjusted to level the throne buttler to any floor.

What kind of cleaners or disinfectants can I use on it?

It is recommended to clean the plastic and metal surfaces with a mild household cleaner, or disinfectant wipe. It is not recommended to spray the cushion grips with household cleaners as they can absorb liquids, use a disinfectant wipe or disinfectant spray.

How noisy is it?

The Throne Buttler runs around 65 dB which is equivalent to a dishwasher or electric shaver.

What is the recommended minimum height to use it?

For optimal fit, we recommend 5’4” and up. Contact us for special requirements.

Does it come in any colors besides white, and grey?

How long is the power cord?

The power cord is 10 feet long and can be routed out on either side.

How much power does it use, will it trip my circuit breaker?

Under load, the Throne Buttler uses about 65 Watts, or the equivalent of a standard light bulb, or a cell phone charger. If the circuit is overloaded, then there is a possibility of tripping the breaker.>

Will the green and red lights on the power control ever turn off?

No, they are intended to be on continuously as an easy visual reminder of where they are located and which is up and which is down. If the lights do turn out, please contact us for a replacement control handle.

My only outlet is pretty far away from the toilet, can I plug it into an extension cord?

Yes, it can be run on an extension cord, but before you use an extension cord you need to visually verify or have an electrician verify that the outlet you are going to use has a working Ground Fault Circuit Interrupt (GFCI). The Throne Buttler has a GFCI built into the power cord, but it does not provide protection between the extension cord and the outlet.

I don’t have much room around my toilet, how can I tell if it fits?

The simplest way to check is with a full roll of toilet paper, if you can pass the roll between the widest part of your toilet bowl and the cabinet or wall pretty easily then it should fit.

Order Confirmation:

You will receive a confirmation email as soon as you place your order. After that, we double-check if all items ordered are in stock and available for immediate shipment. If your order is available for the delivery within the advertised time frame, we will submit it for shipment to the warehouse. If the expected delivery time exceeds the advertised time frame, we'll reach out to you via email and/or phone to confirm the order.

You will receive an email confirmation with tracking number within 1 business day from the time the item has been shipped. If you would not receive tracking information within 10 business days of your order, feel free to follow up with our customer service team.

Estimated Time of Arrival:

We typically deliver within 2-10 business days. Custom made products are usually delivered within 4-12 weeks. If the expected delivery date for your order would fall outside of the advertised 2-10 business day time frame, our customer service team will reach out to you to confirm if you are OK with that date.

All estimated delivery dates and shipping costs advertised on the website apply the the contiguous United States only (the Lower 48 and D.C.). Please contact our customer service team to discuss the time and cost of shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, or the U.S. territories. We don't ship internationally, but we can ship your order to a freight forwarder of your choice.

Damages:

It is critical that you inspect the packaging of all items when they arrive and check if you received all boxes listed on the delivery receipt. If you notice any damage or shortage of packages, you must make a note of it on the bill of lading, take pictures, and refuse delivery. Your note should say "refused due to damage". If there are no damages visible before opening the box, you must note "subject to further inspection may contain concealed damage". By signing a freight delivery without making any notes, you accept the product as it is and release the seller from any liability. If you notice any damage after receiving the delivery, do not throw the box away, and contact us with the photos of all sides of the packaged goods within 2 business days. We cannot process your claim if you fail to send images within 2 business days. After we receive information from you about the refused delivery or concealed damage, we immediately initiate a claim with the shipping company or with the manufacturer. After the claim is fully processed, we ship all replacements at absolutely no cost to you.

Cancellations & Returns:

We can cancel your order at absolutely no cost to you before the shipping label or Bill of Lading has been created, or before production of a custom order has started. Custom made items are not eligible for cancellations or returns after production has started. You can return all non-custom made items within 30 days of delivery, except when noted otherwise on their product page. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. It must also remain in the original packaging, and the packaging must be in perfect resellable condition. The cost of shipping the product both ways (to the customer, and back to the warehouse) and a 25% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund. Orders delivered outside the United States are not eligible for refunds. If your order arrived damaged, "Damages" section applies. Please contact us before returning your order to discuss shipping details. All refunds will be issued to the credit card you used for your purchase within 2 days after all returned items arrived at the warehouse. If a credit card refund is not possible, we will issue a direct deposit.
