In case you experience weak water pressure: There are chances;

1. For a new built, newly renovated home, or home using the private well system, it is often found that construction debris, corrosion debris, or sands from the well might have blocked the screen inside the inlet water connector of the bidet unit.

=> In these cases, disconnect the hose from the bidet, clean the hose as well as the screen, and reconnect it back.

2. All the connections of the bidet use rubber rings for water-tightness. Thus, when you apply too much power to tighten the connections, the rubber ring might be distorted and partly block the hole resulting in weak water pressure, or even might be torn resulting in leakage.

=> We recommend not to use too much power or use heavy tools when fastening to prevent the issue.

VOVO, had participated in the CES 2021 exhibition which was held from 2021.01.11 to 2021.01.14. Unfortunately, due to the current pandemic, this year’s exhibition had changed to an online venue.

For those who are not familiar with the event, CES is one of the largest appliance exhibitions in the world where all the renowned companies showcase their product range annually. It is to provide opportunities to its participants all around the world to showcase its product lines to many potential consumers. The exhibition was hosted by the American Consumer Technology Association.

This is the 3rd year for VOVO, participating in the CES exhibition since 2019. The items that were chosen to participate include air purifiers, smart integrated toilets, and electronic bidet seats.

Let’s get straight to the point. The Short Answer is, absolutely! Bidets are excellent for hemorrhoid treatment. Here’s why.

Finding a bidet seat that fits your toilet can be tricky but do not worry, we are here to help! First, you would need to find out what type of toilet do you own before deciding which type of bidet seat you need. Take a look at our VOVO toilet fit check guide below.

The most common toilet seat shapes are round shapes and elongated shapes. Round shapes toilets are more common in older design toilets while elongated shapes are most commonly found in a more recent design.

To measure the toilet for VOVO bidet seat, make sure you have enough space between the tank and the bowl holes. In some cases when a toilet tank is curved too far forward, you may not be able to push the bidet all the way in and it may not fit your toilet. To avoid this issue, make sure the distance between the tank and the bowl holes are at least 2 inches or 30 millimeters apart. Otherwise, the seat may not cover the bowl entirely or you may not be able to complete the installation.

Our VOVO bidet seats offer both round and elongated shapes. For the round toilet, make sure the distance between the bowl holes to the edge of the bowl is 16.9 inches or 430 millimeters. For elongated, the distance between the bowl holes and the edge of the bowl would have to be 18.5 inches or 470 millimeters.

Installing a toilet can be intimidating especially when you do not have the plumbing experience. At VOVO, we care about our customers’ experience with our products. Therefore, we have developed easy installation products that our customers can follow through even with little to no experience at all.

All our products also come with a full installation kit; you are not required to purchase any additional part for the installation. The installation kit for our bidet toilet includes a wax ring, conversion nut, water hose, AA batteries, screws, anchors, strainer, water shutoff valve, water pipe, ring plate, and a wall-mount for the remote control. The installation accessories are varied, depending on the product specification of the bidet toilet you had purchased.

Once you prepare all the installation accessories that we have provided, we can move on to the installation guide. To install our bidet toilet, first, you need to close the water gauge and make sure you remove dust and sand in the water inlet when installing the shutoff valve. Wind Teflon tape around the water pipe, then connect the pipe with the shutoff valve and connect the strainer. Next, attach the provided water hose to your water shutoff valve. With this process, you may need to use the provided conversion nut to fit your water shutoff valve. In this case, simply screw the conversion nut into the ½” side of the hose before connecting it to your water shutoff valve. Once the water hose us connected the to shutoff valve, connect the other side of the hose to the bidet upper part. Make sure to fix the hose to the flushing adapter first, then turn the nut clockwise to connect the hose.

To install the ceramic bowl, first, mount the flange to the floor and press the wax ring firmly onto the bottom part of the ceramic bowl and place mount the ceramic onto the floor. Make sure the flange and the wax ring are aligned. Please make sure to apply the weight evenly and do not move the ceramic bowl after the placement as the watertight seal may break.

Once the ceramic bowl is installed, you may assemble the ceramic bowl with the bidet top by connecting the jet spray outlet and bowl washing unit. Insert the hose into the filter, then insert the bidet fixing hooks onto the toilet fixing hooks until it clicks. Once everything is done, turn on the shutoff valve and you may connect the power to the bidet toilet by simply plugging the power cord into a nearby outlet.
